Richard AustinWayne Phillips started his career working on "DALLAS" The Series as an extra,photo double and a stunt wrangler, being on the high school rodeo team gave him lots of opportunity to be a part of the show on a long term bases. With numerous independent and professional movies under his belt, this experience has inspired him to take special training from Dallas Community Television to achieve his directors license and also direct his first cable T.V. Show; "Dallas Country Nights". AustinWayne has also created, produced and directed several Music videos for National brands as well as training videos for several international corporations’. Finally he decided to create his first full-length movie just to see what he could do, and you can see the result at "BOBBY SPEAKING". Second Movie went all the way to "Cannes Film Festival" Le Strade De Parma" The main credit he equates to his directing aspirations is from Michael Preece and Tony Mordente; Micheal and Tony directed numerous "Walker, TX Ranger" episodes as well as Bay Watch. Michael and Tony both worked with RICK on several episodes giving him special training in what to look for in a movie and just what a Director should try to archive. Rick was also able to direct several episodes of "Walker" with their guidance RICHARD (AustinWayne)PHILLIPS has several new scripts working at this time, he has also gained distribution on his next feature and well as several letters of intent buy well-known actors (he would not tell us who). Mr. Wayne. A young director but yet he is willing to take the special chances that it takes to achieve the final goal, working with all aspects of the industry from grip to producing, living from Dallas to Los Angeles, AustinWayne has a good grip on the hard/but rewarding times ahead of him. |
